At BLQ OPZ, our mission is simple:
Deliver high-quality coffee and gear with precision, consistency, and care. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not up to standard, we’ll make it right — fast. Your experience matters, and we stand behind every product we deploy.
Because our coffees are roasted fresh and sealed to protect flavor and safety, they can’t be returned once shipped — but if there’s ever an issue with your order, we’ll replace defective or damaged items without hesitation. You operate with discipline; we support you with clarity.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect
If your item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
We’ll review the issue and deploy a replacement at no cost.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package goes missing in transit, notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We’ll investigate the route and issue a replacement when appropriate.
Operators don’t operate blindly — and neither do we.
Non-Returnable Items (All Coffee & Consumables)
To maintain freshness, safety, and quality standards, we cannot accept returns of:

Coffee bags
-
Cold brew products
-
Instant coffee
-
Functional mushroom coffee
-
Matcha
-
Any sealed consumables
These items cannot be restocked once they leave the facility.
If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it.
We do not accept returns for taste preference or buyer’s remorse.
Incorrect / Insufficient Address
If the address entered at checkout is incomplete or incorrect:

The package may be returned to the facility

Refunds cannot be issued

You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping
Please double-check your address before placing your order — accuracy is part of the mission.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages returned because they were unclaimed or undeliverable:

Cannot be refunded

Can be reshipped at your expense

May be donated after 30 days if unclaimed
We’ll notify you as soon as a shipment returns so you can decide how to proceed.
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
Our products are roasted, produced, and fulfilled specifically for your order.
For this reason, we don’t offer refunds for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong item

Taste preference

Deciding you no longer want the product
If you’d like a different item, you can place a new order at your discretion.
