ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does it take to receive my order?

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days from HQ. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package deploys. Average delivery is 3–7 days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, BLQ OPZ Coffee ships within the U.S. and U.S. territories only — global deployment coming soon.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

If your order hasn’t been roasted or packed yet, contact Mission Support immediately at support@blqopz.com. Once it’s in the field, we can’t modify it.

RETURNS & SUPPORT

What’s your return policy?

Coffee is perishable, so we can’t accept returns once opened. If something’s off, contact Mission Support within 7 days — we’ll make it right. Refer to our Refund Policy for more details.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

Snap a quick photo of the issue and email it to support@blqopz.com. Our team will handle extraction and replacement.

Where is your coffee roasted?

Every roast is precision-crafted in the U.S.A., in small batches for consistency and flavor accuracy.

What grind sizes do you offer?

We offer whole bean and ground options optimized for drip, espresso, and French press — choose your load-out at checkout.

Are your coffees single-origin or blends?

Both. Single Origin (Special Opz) — unique regional flavor profiles
Blends (Standard Issue) — balanced roasts built for daily operations.

How fresh is the coffee I receive?

Beans are roasted-to-order. Every bag ships within 24–48 hours of roast date — no warehouse stock, no stale missions.

BREWING & STORAGE

What’s the best way to store my coffee?

Keep your beans in a cool, dry place — sealed tight and away from sunlight. Avoid the fridge — moisture is the enemy.

How soon should I brew after opening the bag?

For maximum flavor precision, finish within 2–3 weeks of opening. Once air hits the roast, the mission clock starts ticking.

What’s the ideal water-to-coffee ratio?

Start at 1:16 (1 gram coffee per 16 grams water). Adjust to taste — the best operators always calibrate their gear.

Where do you source your beans?

We partner with trusted farms across Central & South America, Africa, and Asia — operations known for ethical practices, fair trade, and sustainable cultivation.

Are your coffees organic or fair trade certified?

Many of our origins meet those standards — we prioritize quality and sustainability over labels, but never compromise the mission or the planet.

Do you offer a subscription?

Affirmative. Operators can set and forget their favorite roast with auto-deliveries every 2 or 4 weeks. Modify anytime from your dashboard.

Can I skip or pause a subscription?

Yes. Log in to your Operator Portal and hit 'Pause Mission' — you’re always in command.

Do you have a loyalty program?

Coming soon — The Blackout Division Rewards. Earn points with every mission (purchase), redeem for limited drops and gear.

How do your shirts and hoodies fit?

True-to-size, athletic cut. If you prefer a relaxed fit, go one size up.

Cold wash, inside-out, low-heat dry. Operate clean — don’t bleach.

The Blackout Division is our limited-release gear and coffee series — once it’s gone, it’s gone. Operators in the network get first access to every drop.
